The registration system is a web app designed to be used on iPads. The app allows event staff to check in attendees without having to be stuck behind a desk.
The registration system is created based on clients requirements. Usually Cube-i will ask for brief of requirements that need to be met and these options are evaluated by the development team. Once the costings are approved Cube-i requires an up-to-date delegate list and any branding material needed for the system. Once the design and implementation the breif has been concluded it will be sent back to the client for changes and approval.
The iPads for the registration app can be set up and provided by Cube-i (subject to cost) for the duration of the event. The registration app uses a wifi connection to function and can be run be event staff onsite. However, if you would like peace of mind that everything will run smoothly, Cube-i can supply an expert onsite technician for the event duration and help with any query or issue.
