iConnect Personal was built at Cube-i by the very talented development team. iConnect Personal has been setup to work across all modern smartphone devices across an internet or 4G mobile network connection. Most conference venue wifi is suitable enough for iConnect Personal to function effectively. If for what ever reason the wifi at a venue is not suitable Cube-i can provide wifi to boost the connection for your event.
The event content is programmed into the system pre-event and sent back for approval. Once all the content has been signed off and tested the event app unique URL will be sent to you to distribute to the delegates attending. Instructions for the installation of the app will also be sent to you for distribution.
Delegates can then click on the link to download the app to their mobile device and log in to the app with their name and email address.
On show day the app’s live interactive content is typically controlled by a Cube-i technician. The technician will be onsite to offer advice, run voting questions and moderate Q&A sessions. Having a technician onsite also gives you peace of mind that using an event app will run smoothly throughout the conference.
